Produced from grapes of the Tempranillo variety (100), from selected vineyards of la Rioja Alta.
The wine has been subjected to a period of ageing in barrels of American and French oak for 36 months and rounded in the bottle for 36 months.
Cherry colour with a tile touch. It presents clear shades of wood that it has acquired throughout its long ageing in barrels. It is clean, elegant and soft. In the mouth it is long, fleshy and warm, with a long and persistent finish.
ON uncorking this excellent wine regains life clearly improving after about 30 - 45 minutes of aeration.
Excellent accompaniment for roasts, deer, boar or any red meat or even fine cheeses.
Ageing: 36 months in American and French oak barrels and 36 months in the bottle where it acquires its fullness.
